Ah the cooking class was awesome. Andrea (male pronunciation) was our chef and he was funny too! There were ten of us from Finland to Canada to Scotland.
It was a four course meal and (mum you will be proud) while I didn't like everything I tried everything. I did t finish most dishes (except the tiramisu) cause I wanted to fit in dessert.
One thing to note about Italian cooking is the simplicity if the ingredients and the amount of olive oil that is used.
Hopefully we will get all the recipes and tips soon too!
